A Meth Test Result Is More Than a Number.

Independent Methamphetamine Testing, Technical Report Reviews & Expert Interpretation.

A laboratory result provides a measurement. Understanding what that measurement means requires experience, technical knowledge and an understanding of sampling procedures.

EnviroCheck Forensics reviews methamphetamine testing results for insurance companies nationwide, helping interpret laboratory findings, assess sampling information and identify where further investigation may be warranted.

Whether you're an insurance company, property owner, landlord or buyer, we help turn complex technical findings into clear, evidence-based information.

Technical review of a methamphetamine laboratory report and sampling documentation for a New Zealand insurance assessment
Insurance Methamphetamine Report Review — Nationwide

EnviroCheck provides professional technical reviews of methamphetamine testing reports and laboratory results for insurance companies throughout New Zealand.

A review of an existing report is not an independent on-site investigation. Reviews are based on the information and evidence supplied, and we do not make insurance coverage or claim-settlement decisions.

What a Review Considers

Methamphetamine Laboratory Result Interpretation

Each review works through the report and the supporting information that came with it. Depending on what has been supplied, a review may consider:

Laboratory analytical results

How the reported figures were produced, what the analytical method detects, and what the numbers represent on the surfaces sampled.

Composite versus individual sampling

Whether a composite result or discrete individual samples were used, and what each approach can and cannot tell you about a property.

Sampling methodology and available documentation

How samples were collected, what documentation and chain-of-custody records accompany them, and where gaps in the record may sit.

Interpretation against applicable New Zealand standards and regulations

How findings read against NZS 8510:2017 and the current residential tenancies requirements, including the relevant threshold levels.

Contamination distribution and possible limitations of the testing

Where contamination was and was not detected, and the practical limits of the sampling pattern that was carried out.

Whether further assessment is warranted

Whether the evidence supplied supports additional investigation, a more detailed assessment, or no further action at this stage.

Scope of a review: reviews are based on the information and evidence supplied. A review of an existing report is not an independent on-site investigation. EnviroCheck does not make insurance coverage or claim-settlement decisions.

Clear About What We Do

Accurate language matters in technical review work. Here is exactly where the boundaries sit.

What a result can and cannot establish

A laboratory result is a measurement of residue detected on the surfaces sampled. A result alone does not establish drug use history, identify any person, or prove the exact source of contamination.

A review is not an on-site investigation

A report review works from the documentation and evidence supplied to us. Where findings cannot be resolved from that material, the review will say so and identify what further investigation may be warranted.

Confidentiality

Reports submitted for review are stored privately and accessed only by our reviewers. We do not name insurance clients, display insurer logos, or publish confidential claims information without permission.
